Modeled after the late Philip K. Dick, the acclaimed author of science fiction classics “The Man in the High Castle” and “Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?,” this bot is powered by 32 low-powered electric motors and has AI, which gives it the ability to respond to questions. This is actually the second Philip Android robot head developed by Hanson Robotics. The first was mistakenly left in the overhead compartment of an airplane after the 2005 NextFest event, never to be seen again. You can learn more about Hanson at their website.
